Return/ Refund/ Exchange

  1. Returns for unopened and unused items are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund, excluding return shipping fee of 20% of the original item price before any promotion. Contact return@lesslitterearth.com

  4. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days from when we receive your return
  5. Pre-orders/made-to-order/ order cannot be cancelled once an order is shipped. Order will be processed as a return
  6. Return items must be returned in their original packaging, must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA number. Contact return@lesslitterearth.com
  7. Exchange item must return first by following the return/refund process then place a new order
  8. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at Less Litter’ discretion according to Less Litter’ terms for the refund

Without the original packaging, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, damage, lost and stolen which will typically range from $50 - $200, depending on the product, quantity, where you live and which carrier you choose. If you are providing your own shipping and packaging, please make sure to provide us the tracking number by emailing return@lesslitterearth.com
  10. If you receive an item that is damaged, contact care@lesslitterearth.com immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery
  11. Why we don’t offer free shipping? There is no such thing as free-return shipping, every free-shipping product is already factored return fee into the final price. Our return rate is less than 1%, for this reason, we do not add “free return shipping fee” into our final price and charge 99% of our satisfied customers. Online retail returns (reverse logistics) are incredibly harmful to the environment. It generates 5 billion pounds of landfill waste per year in the U.S. In the return process, trucks burn roughly 1.6 billion gallons of diesel fuel, resulting in 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
