Less Litter Box L-4 is 17.5 inches in diameter and 14 inches in height, made of solid brushed Certified 316 Austenitic Stainless Steel, also known as Medical-Grade and Marine-Grade Stainless Steel, the same material used for making boat parts, medical instruments and Swiss watches. It accommodates adult cats under 12lbs, regular/standard adult-sized cats, and high-peeing cats. It’s extremely antimicrobial, durable, sustainable, and resistant to corrosion, ammonia, and odor build-ups and degradation against feline urine. Entire box is unibody, high-wall, high-side and designed without rivets, adhesive, sharp corners, seams, crevices, interlocking and moving parts. Both exterior and interior are finely brushed not polished to prevent screeching noise.

Less Litter Floor Mat is made of solid, high-gauge, 0.4inch thick LFGB 100% Platinum-Cured Silicone without FDA grade fillers. This is not "rubber", PVC or EVA foam. It’s extremely antimicrobial, non-toxic, medical-grade, above food-grade, durable, waterproof, protects Less Litter Box and damps noises. It’s designed to pair and protect Less Litter Box. Each channel is subtle yet efficiently traps loose litter. Each ridge is flat and supple for cats to walk on. It's designed without any sharp corners to make it easy to vacuum or wash down. For the protection and easier cleaning of Less Litter Box, lay down Less Litter Box on the Less Litter Floor Mat, wash and scrub in a bathtub or sink.

Why round?
Cats biologically move in circular motions when they eliminate. A circular interior allows cats to fully utilize its unobstructed space to make a full circular motion whereas rectangular litter boxes are restricted to their narrowest measurement. Less Litter Box interior is 17.5 inches in diameter without any obstruction.

Each Less Litter Box is hand and machine-made, not stamped out of a machine on an assembly line. This means- allow ~0.25 inch tolerance on each side of the diameter and welding line, this is a normal and necessary occurrence for steel production at our litter box sizes. When stainless steel is new, it's natural to have light visible scratches and uneven-brushed patterns. They become less visible over time as the material is used and becomes even finish.
